Welcome to iCar Bazar. By accessing our mobile application or our website at icarbazar.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Marketplace Model & Role
iCar Bazar is an online automotive discovery and advertising platform designed to connect car buyers, private sellers, and commercial car shop / showroom operators across Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
Direct Buyer-Seller Transactions: iCar Bazar does not own, inspect, buy, or sell the vehicles listed on the platform. All price negotiations, in-person vehicle inspections, title transfers, and financial settlements occur directly between the buyer and the seller.
2. Listing Rules & Accuracy
When publishing a car listing on iCar Bazar, sellers and car shops agree to the following standards:
- Authentic Media: Photos must be authentic, clear photos of the actual vehicle currently for sale. Stock photos or misleading watermarks are strictly prohibited.
- Honest Condition Disclosure: Accurate reporting of the vehicle's paint status (بێ بۆیاخ / بۆیاخ / صبغ / تبديل), structural chassis condition, odometer mileage, and mechanical issues is required.
- Realistic Pricing: Listings must declare real asking prices in USD ($) or Iraqi Dinars (IQD). Zero or unrealistic token prices intended to manipulate search sorting will be removed.
3. Commercial Car Shops & Showroom Standards
Dealers registering as a verified Showroom or Car Shop on iCar Bazar must hold legitimate automotive commercial operations within Iraq or the Kurdistan Region. Showrooms are responsible for maintaining up-to-date vehicle availability and immediately marking sold units as "Sold".
4. Prohibited Activities
- Publishing stolen, legally encumbered, or counterfeit vehicle documentation.
- Spamming duplicate listings across multiple categories or cities.
- Harassment, fraudulent deposit requests, or identity impersonation.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or attack the iCar Bazar APIs or infrastructure.
5. Safety & Buyer Recommendations
We strongly urge all buyers to:
- Inspect vehicles in person during daylight hours at a reputable inspection center (فحص فني / تابلۆ و مۆڵەت).
- Never send advance deposits, money transfers, or wire payments prior to physical vehicle inspection and legal documentation verification.
